We are Hiring Night Shift Supervisor at Apex Steel Ltd

Main purpose Supervise and coordinate night-shift Tube Mill operations to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality, safety, machine availability, efficient manpower utilization and proper shift handover. Key responsibilities Implement production plans and achieve shift production targets. Allocate and supervise employees across workstations. Monitor machine performance, production output and downtime. Coordinate with Maintenance to resolve machine breakdowns and minimize downtime. Ensure product quality and isolate non-conforming products. Enforce SHE policies, PPE requirements and safe operating procedures. Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity and manpower utilization. Monitor raw material usage, scrap and production wastage. Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards. Maintain accurate production, quality, downtime, manpower and incident records. Report production, quality, safety and maintenance issues. Conduct effective shift handovers and support continuous improvement. Requirements & Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related technical field. Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/manufacturing discipline is an added advantage. 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing or steel production. At least 2 years' supervisory/team-leadership experience. Experience in Tube Mill, Pipe Mill, steel processing, fabrication or similar production environments. Knowledge of production monitoring, machine operations, quality control and maintenance coordination. Strong leadership, reporting, computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
